Scenario 1: PM makes a prototype using a coding agent. Engineer Discards it. “Not optimized for our infra.” PM gives specs generated from the conversation history with the coding agent. Engineer “Love it! I can feed this to my own coding agent! and improve on top”.
Scenario 2: PM creates UI with prompt to image model. Designer discards it. Doesn’t match our company essence. PM gives specs generated from the iterative prompt adjustments. Designer “Aha! now I get what you were going for.
Scenario 3: PM presents strategy doc. Stakeholders dismiss it. ‘Not practical, too many gaps.” . PM gives specs generated from the conversation history with the brainstorming/research agent. Stakeholders “This is a solid base work to collaboratively develop strategy”
Scenario 4: PM makes… well, I think you get the point.
You are thinking PMs have always been writing specs so what’s new. Now the PMs would generate specs sourced from execution attempts of the product they want rather than half baked imaginations.
